An unusual mid-sized writing slope or box. Not the usual heavy dark wood and leather, this is lightweight and has inlaid brass petals on the lid. This slope would make a lovely gift.
We are not sure of the age but would estimate 1960's. This item comes with a minor slither of wood missing on the inside and some gentle age related wear to the finish. Draw and hinges are in good shape.
