A Large vintage German flag. Made from linen, in three sections and stitched together rather than printed, this is used and would fit perfectly in a person cave. Displayed here against a white background. The flag picture used here has the flag hanging so that the whole item can be seen and it is realised that the proper way to fly the flag is horizontally, no offence is meant by our display. There is no damage to the flag. Flag has eyelets and cord.

The German Flag
The current flag of Germany, a horizontal tricolour of black, red, and gold, has a rich history, evolving through different periods of German history. It was initially adopted by the German Confederation in 1848, later used by the German Empire, the Weimar Republic, and the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany). During the Nazi era, the flag was replaced with the swastika flag, but the black-red-gold tricolour was restored after World War II.
