Sometimes items just call to us. At an auction we spotted a strange, uneven wooden table that someone had turned into a washstand, complete with sink, plumbing and taps. Under the glass was a wonderful ancient window shutter that needed to be rescued.
This old table has been reimagined into a stunning if slightly odd hall table, perfect for your quirky home. We have removed all traces of the bathroom past, covered the cut holes with seashells and added a new strengthened glass top. The top is not fixed in so you can add items of interest underneath should you so wish. The wonky legs have not been cut further, we have added adjustable feet so the table can be levelled to wherever it resides.
Generously sized at 1.24m x 50cm x 77cm, this will be a talking point for your guests.
